Job Description

Duties:

  • OD Sr. Specialist should work closely with head of HRBP to set all KPIs & BSC and cascade them to all companies departments, Sections & Positions.
  • Coordinating in design and deliver OD strategies, processes and interventions.
  • Responsible for job evaluation system, advising on job design, job descriptions and grading system of jobs.
  • Create JDs for Company.
  • Develops and implements OD programs to align the workforce with key business strategies and goals.
  • Optimizes organizational effectiveness through timely and appropriate interventions.
  • Coaches and consults teams and individuals on solving organizational challenges.
  • Develop and implement programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree – up to 4 years experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • OD Training and HR Diploma are plus,
