Job Description
Duties:
- OD Sr. Specialist should work closely with head of HRBP to set all KPIs & BSC and cascade them to all companies departments, Sections & Positions.
- Coordinating in design and deliver OD strategies, processes and interventions.
- Responsible for job evaluation system, advising on job design, job descriptions and grading system of jobs.
- Create JDs for Company.
- Develops and implements OD programs to align the workforce with key business strategies and goals.
- Optimizes organizational effectiveness through timely and appropriate interventions.
- Coaches and consults teams and individuals on solving organizational challenges.
- Develop and implement programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and career growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree – up to 4 years experiences.
- Excellent communication skills.
